Yes, really. Because, if we don’t do it now, we might never get the chance later. The thought of death need not be a buzz kill. Rather, it can be constant motivation to use our time in this life to move forward on our spiritual paths.
Because I believe in writing things down, here go my New Year’s resolutions:
1. I will try to not feed negative thoughts.
2. I will try to meditate at least every other day.
3. I will wear sexier pijamas, no matter the weather.
